Business Administration Specialist

The Business Administration Specialist provides direct support to the management team to facilitate the day-to-day administrative oversight of the company, primarily in areas related to company finances and the accounting and project management database. Report Manager/Editor

Dovetail is currently accepting applications for a full-time Report Manager. The preferred base for this position is our Fredericksburg headquarters, though placement in our Wilmington office or as a remote worker may be possible for the right candidate. The primary focus of the position involves managing the production of CRM technical reports and other deliverables, and responsibilities include oversight of the company’s reporting standards and procedures, copy and technical editing of reports and other documents, and managing the staging and production of all written projects including reports, proposals, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and well-organized, with strong analytical and communication skills. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Archaeology Division Manager
Dovetail Cultural Resource Group is currently accepting applications for a full-time Archaeology Division Manager in our Virginia Office. The Division Manager job consists of approximately 30 percent staff management and administration (assigning projects and scheduling field crews, timesheet review, approval and/or coordination of training, general quality control, staff performance management, hiring) and 70 percent project-based tasks, to include writing proposals and budgets, writing and/or editing technical reports, managing projects, performing fieldwork, analyzing data, and coordinating with clients, agencies and other Dovetail managers and staff. Field Director
